Looking through some of my recent 2015 sessions while I put together a “cool kids of 2015″ collage…Thought I would share some favourites. This job melts me!

I thought about blog posting the other day and when I looked to see, I realized that I have not posted since FEBRUARY!!! My goodness, it is time to do some sharing! I am printing this sweet little muffin’s digitals as I type, and packing up some custom birth announcements and thought that sharing this little chubba would just make my night! Meet Westin! 9lbs 9oz of pure LOVE! His momma asked me for images of him snuggled up in a teddy bear hat and his daddy was hoping for a silly faces collage…done!! More than happy to oblige.

What a year. It’s been a rough health year. But what has kept me away from nursing for the entire year, has let me spend the last half of the year taking a leap into full time photography. I have loved my journey this year, have learned a ton, and met so many amazing new families starting out this fantastic and crazy journey we call parenthood.

Reilly was one of my first babies when I got really serious about doing newborn photography as a career…and somehow time has flown and this stylish little dude is now ONE.  I cannot believe how much I love watch “my” babies grow.  Although I don’t take new family photo clients since I specialize in babies, each fall I take a limited amount of the babies that I have photographed in their first year.  I love to follow them, so if I have photographed your babies, keep that in mind as they grow, you have a special spot in my schedule if you are looking for family pics!  Gives me an excuse to get in an extra snuggle, and a little variety is fun!  You guys were super fun J & P!
